What is our shipping policy?
Our shipping policy outlines the terms we are conditioned to for our shipping of customers in the UK and outside the UK. We define how long our delivery takes currently as well as the costs involved.
Note we are not subjected to these and they can change and we will not be at fault if such an occurrence happens.
Methods of shipping
Shipping days are working days Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days. Shipping is an estimate, not a guarantee however if the product still is not delivered 2 days after the estimated time of arrival please contact our team and we will get in touch with our shipping service.
Shipping in the UK
We ship through DPD, in the UK, they estimate 1-2 working days for The Wedding Phone to arrive at your address.
International shipping information
We currently (27/07/2022), ship Worldwide. Shipping for some obscure places will need to be confirmed before purchase and an additional fee is likely to be added due to carrier charges.
Before shipping confirmation, there will be an estimated time of arrival depending on where you are but if this is not met within 2-3 working days do not hesitate to contact us through the live chat function and we shall do our best to track your parcel down.
