Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for wedding phones purchased online, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns (Online Purchases Only)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

You must also provide a detailed description, to the best of your ability, explaining why you are requesting a return.

Any used wedding phone cannot be returned.


Important: In-Person & Built-to-Order Purchases

Wedding Phones Built or Purchased In Person

Wedding phones built, configured, or purchased in person (including at wedding shows, exhibitions, pop-ups, or in-person consultations) are subject to different refund rules.

Because these units are assembled, configured, or demonstrated specifically for the customer at the time of purchase:

  • They are final sale

  • They are not eligible for refunds or returns

  • This applies even if the item has not been used at an event


Built-to-Order & Bluetooth Models – Final Sale

Many wedding phones are built to order, meaning they are assembled specifically for the purchaser.

The following items are strictly final sale and non-refundable:

  • All Bluetooth wedding phones

  • Any custom-built or bespoke wedding phone, including (but not limited to):

    • Bluetooth-enabled models

    • Custom finishes or colourways

    • Branding or personalised configurations

    • Any unit built to customer-requested specifications

Once production has begun, these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.


Starting a Return (If Eligible)

To start a return, please contact us via our live chat function. All returns must be confirmed by us before being sent back.

The buyer is responsible for:

  • The cost of return postage

  • Ensuring the item reaches us safely

We strongly recommend using tracked and insured postage to the full value paid.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns, unless the wedding phone is faulty or incorrect.

If this applies:

  • The purchaser must arrange return shipping to our UK office

  • We will inspect and test the product

  • If deemed faulty, we will replace the wedding phone

  • We will issue a partial refund for return postage, up to £30.00


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will assess the issue and provide the most appropriate resolution.

Warranty

All wedding phones include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This covers faults caused by:

  • Wedding phone hardware

  • Wedding phone software (designed to be lifelong)

All warranty claims are subject to inspection to determine whether the issue is due to a product fault or user damage.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Wedding phones are built to order, and refunds are issued at the discretion of wedding phone, where eligible.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary

All wedding phones undergo extensive quality control and testing prior to dispatch, making faults or incorrect items extremely unlikely.
