follow these steps to set up your standard weddingphone, record your greeting, and save your guest messages.

before you start
- connect the handset to the weddingphone using the coiled lead.
- fully charge your weddingphone using the USB lead provided.
- the indicator light will show red while charging and turn off once fully charged.
- your weddingphone cannot be used while charging.
record your greeting
- make sure the handset is placed down on the weddingphone in the hung-up position.
- press and hold the button in the centre of the dial for around 6 seconds.
- the weddingphone will beep and start recording your greeting.
- when finished, release the centre button.
- your greeting will play out loud once so you can hear it exactly as guests will.
- repeat this process if you wish to replace the greeting message.
record a guest message
- pick up the handset.
- listen to the greeting.
- leave a message after the beep.
- hang up the handset to save the recording.
access your recordings
- connect the weddingphone USB lead to your computer.
- open the weddingphone folder, then open the recordings folder.
- each message is saved as a separate MP3 file.
- from here, you can listen back, copy, save or delete your messages.
- deleting files is final and cannot be undone.
