V1 & deluxe weddingphone setup

a few simple steps to record your greeting, collect your messages and keep them forever.

before you start

connect your weddingphone to a fully charged power bank. we recommend 10,000 mAh.

always use a power bank when recording — including your greeting. wall / mains power can cause audio interference, so only use it when listening back.

your phone arrives in setup mode. pick up the handset and follow the voice prompts to get started.

changing modes is simple: dial the code with the handset down, then pick it up and follow the prompts.

record your greeting

111*

enter setup mode and follow the voice prompts to record your greeting. use this code again whenever you'd like to change it.

wedding mode

222*

use this mode to record your guests' messages. follow the prompts, then hang up so your phone is ready for your guests.

keep your power bank connected throughout your event.

listen back

333*

enter playback mode and follow the prompts to hear your messages.

for loudspeaker playback, set the 'receiver' switch underneath the phone to 'high' before powering it up.

before the big day: leave a test message and listen back. then return to wedding mode with 222*.

save your recordings

you'll need a Windows PC to transfer your files. these models don't support USB transfer to a Mac.

  • connect your weddingphone to your PC using the USB cable.
  • open My PC / This PC → weddingphone → weddingphone → recordings.
  • select your recordings with Ctrl + A, then copy and paste them into a folder on your computer.
  • wait for the transfer to finish before listening to the saved copies.

copy first, then listen. don't play files directly from the weddingphone drive on your computer. playback through the phone itself is fine.

leave all other files and folders unchanged — your phone needs them to work. only edit or remove them if weddingphone support asks you to.

reset your weddingphone

this permanently deletes your messages and greeting. save and check your recordings before resetting.

  • with the handset down, dial ##999*.
  • pick up the handset and follow the prompts.
